Where do I start about Performance Insurance Group? I can’t really speak highly enough about Mr. Cooper and his team. There are a couple of things that I do want the public to know: 1. Mr. Cooper is a straight shooter and very understanding. However the situation plays out, he is going to tell you the truth which has been very refreshing for us. He is a WEALTH of information as well. Get your notepad out because it’s informative and things we would never otherwise pay attention to. 2. Mr. Cooper assesses your situation and if there are any adjustments to be made to your situation, he suggests the best products for YOUR NEEDS and what YOUR GOALS ARE (not what the majority says and not himself). He can do this because Mr. Cooper does not belong to one specific insurance company so he is able to shop around and make sense of your situation. He can provide you with products that best suit your needs and not necessarily from that one particular company that he or any agent would represent. THIS IS A KEY FACTOR!!! 3. Mr. Cooper has life experiences that he loves and share. These experiences helped us to look at things from “both sides” and have a different perspective on some decisions we were making. Ultimately, he wants YOU to make the decisions but his shared experiences allow for a completely different view. 4. He is VERY patient. There is never a rush in making a decision. He wants you to make sure you fully understand the information so he helps by making a video explaining the good, bad and ugly that you can watch, rewind, or play over and over. It is one of the best ideas I’ve seen in a long time. 5. The staff is very knowledgeable as well. When you call the office. There is always a live, pleasant, knowledgeable person that answers the line. We have found that to be very valuable. Overall, we have had a wonderful experience with Mr. Cooper and want to thank him for his openness and character. He and his staff have been a pleasure to work with.
