Transparent , responsive and efficient customer experience

Whenever we need assistance or information regarding our insurance, the staff at Performance Ins is friendly and helpful. When we have had a claim, we have been made to feel comfortable that everything is being taken care of. This is a first class organization.

The customer service is ex excellent, each time I have called and needed something the response time is very quick. The staff is quite friendly and very easy to talk to.

Performance insurance Group is a great Insurance Firm that keeps us up to date on issues happening that would effect us. If there is bad weather forecasted you can bet we will get an email from Ed Cooper and his team letting us know what we should do to prepare for it, and if the unfortunate happens, who to contact. You cant go wrong, I feel Performance always has my back!

You guys took great care of us after a tree hit our house. We appreciated how you kept in touch throughout the process to make sure we were being treated well by Erie.
