Every time I call with a question, I get a friendly, helpful voice on the other end. If the person I speak with isn’t sure about the answer, they find they answer and call me back in a timely fashion. Regardless of who I speak to, I always feel like I’ve just called a good friend for some sound advice. Prior to switching to Performance Insurance Group, I was with another company for over 20 years–in that time, I don’t think I EVER spoke with the agent during that time and often felt like I was making decisions about our coverage without adequate information. From the first time I spoke with Ed, I knew he wouldn’t ever talk down to me but would educate me on the ways of insurance so I could make informed decisions. Thank you for Golden Rule service!

We are always treated as if we are number one customers and given the best attention. They go above and beyond in making sure we are taken care of and we have never experienced that before with an insurance company. Plus the rates are very good which is also important!
