My family was involved in a car accident which I lost my mother and this had nothing to do with Erie Insurance but Ed Cooper showed up at my moms viewing. Does your insurance guy do this?? He is a remarkable man and a great business man. He runs a fair and competitive insurance company and will go out of his way with curtesy and much willingness to get your business. His assistant Carla is also absolutely wonderful and I also have had the opportunity to work with her. I had a couple of situations with my mortgage company and hazard insurance and all I had to do is call Carla and she handled it all promptly and was so nice and helpful.
