I was starting up a new business, and was walked through, step by step, the insurance. I really appreciated the one on one help. At no time did I feel as if I was asking too many questions or bothering Carla. It was a pleasure doing business with her, and I believe she went over and above helping me out.

The customer service was exceptional. My calls were returned in a timely fashion. There was an issue about someone on my motor vehicle records that was affecting my insurance cost. The team went to work and got it fixed and I hadnt even sign up for the insurance plan yet. Besides, the price plan was competitive

You came to the shop to make sure you understood our operation. You eliminated un needed [terrorism] insurance. And you explained how the coverage worked [how having less than 80% coverage] would cost us in the event of a loss. Also you identified the 4 buildings in a logical way and got us appropriate coverage.

We have been with Performance Group for a long time and unfortunately we had a house fire. We had spoke with Ed Cooper and within 45 minutes he was at our house. He explained that he had already spoke with Erie Insurance and had the cleaning crew and the Insurance auditor scheduled to come see us. We also have Performance Group take care of all of our personal needs and business needs. We recommend to everyone. Best company around hands down!!!
