You’re always available for question-and-answer sessions regarding all of our insurance needs. I have always loved having an insurance agent I can call or stop by the office when I need help. The staff is always very helpful and if they don’t have the answer immediately, they will find out and call me back quickly.

We have had Craig Mader for years and have always had great service. They respond immediately and will ensure follow up if needed. It is nice not to have to be the ones following up. Great customer service and I feel our pricing for policies are very fair.

We have had great customer experience with Craig Mader as our insurance broker over the many years (20), Through all the minor and major incidents impacting our home and/or cars over the years, this broker was always on top of their game. Their customer service representatives were always courteous , polite, professional, and very responsive to our needs when an incident occurred. In short, this is a great company for those who needs a reliable and trusted broker for their home and/or auto insurance needs.
